Via our contact form: name, company name (optional), email address, phone number and project information. Via our reseller form: name, company name, email address and phone number.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to prepare and send a quote, to contact you about your project, and for invoicing. The legal basis is the performance of a (pre)contractual agreement.
4. Recipients
We use hosting and email service providers to store your data securely and send messages. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Retention
Sheltic does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. We apply a retention period of 10 years.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use analytical cookies to measure and improve website usage. You can decline analytical cookies via the cookie banner. Functional cookies are necessary for the website to operate.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection. Submit a request to info@sheltic.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
